    I'm Emily from London, with a penchant for hotels that offer exquisite views and impeccable service. The St Regis Florence went above and beyond to cater to my every need. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff, particularly Andrea, made me feel right at home with his 20 years of expertise. The room was tastefully furnished, the shower had great water pressure, and the toiletries provided added a luxurious touch. The calm ambiance allowed for a peaceful stay, and the breakfast spread was delectable. The concierge was knowledgeable, the Michelin-starred restaurant was a culinary delight, and the location near the Arno River was simply perfect. It's hard to imagine a better hotel experience than the one I had at The St Regis Florence.
