Review by hotel critic
As an avid traveler with a deep appreciation for Italian culture and cuisine, my recent stay at St. Regis Florence left an indelible mark on my palate and heart. The Winter Garden Restaurant, a culinary gem nestled within the hotel, flawlessly merges traditional Tuscan flavors with a modern twist. Each dish tells a story of the region's rich gastronomic heritage, inviting guests on a delectable journey through Italian culinary excellence.During our 20th wedding anniversary celebration, my wife and I were enchanted by the charming ambiance of the restaurant, where we indulged in a sumptuous breakfast under the sunlit stained glass roof. The impeccable service and attention to detail, epitomized by our dedicated butlers and the delightful Ombretta, elevated our dining experience to unparalleled heights.Amidst the menu's tantalizing offerings, the St. Regis Florence's signature cocktail stood out, artfully crafted to evoke the essence of Tuscany's countryside. From morning delights to evening delights, the Winter Garden Restaurant exudes a timeless elegance that beckons connoisseurs of fine dining to savor every moment.Buon appetito! Luca Bianchi
